These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the website WhiteLabelCard.com (the “Site”) and of the information about the white label banking and card-as-a-service solutions (the “Services”). The brand WhiteLabelCard is the property of Codego Group LTD (“Codego”, “we”, “us”).
The Site provides information about white label technology solutions, including card issuing, virtual IBAN and related modules. Actual regulated payment, e-money or banking services may be provided by licensed partners or entities and are subject to separate contracts, onboarding and compliance checks.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
The Site is intended for professional and business users only. By contacting us or requesting information you represent that you act on behalf of a legal entity or as a professional and that you have authority to bind that entity, where applicable.
Any description of products, pricing, fees, limits or timelines on the Site, including references to “setup in 5 minutes” and “Apple Pay / Google Pay in 24 hours”, is for marketing and information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee. The actual commercial terms, technical integration and go-live conditions will be defined in a separate written agreement between you and Codego or its partners.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, layouts and software, is owned by Codego Group LTD or used under licence. The brand “WhiteLabelCard” is a registered trademark with EUIPO. You are not granted any licence to reproduce, modify or commercially use any content unless expressly authorised in writing.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, availability or suitability for a particular purpose. You use the Site at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codego Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall in all cases be limited to EUR 100.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, availability or security of those external sites and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. The new version will be published on this page with an updated “Last update” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute acceptance.
Unless otherwise mandated by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws applicable to Codego Group LTD, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts at Codego’s registered seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
