This privacy notice applies to WhitelabelCard, a service operated by Codego Group LTD (Malta) and its group entities (collectively, "Codego"). It describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent local laws.

When you submit an enquiry via the contact form, we ask for your name, company, email address and a description of your project. The form opens your local email client and we receive only what you choose to send. We do not place any analytics or tracking cookies on this website beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the pages.
We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Correspondence is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted unless we have entered a commercial relationship in which case contract-related obligations apply.
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights write to banking@codegotech.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Plesk-managed servers located in the European Union. Email is processed by Codego's own mail infrastructure. No personal data is shared with third-party advertisers, brokers or analytics platforms.
